- Ohioed you are so right about Shelties!!! I have the sweetest Sheltie on earth, she's 2 years old and the most loving, gentle creature ever. She is amazingly smart and so intuitive she never ceases to amaze us. She has given us so much love and laughter I can't imagine a better dog anywhere!!!

- They make a charcoal lined underwear for people that have had gastric bypass surgery. The surgery causes really noxious gas and the underwear is supposed to filter the gas. This dude needs to check that out.

- You don't want your survival stuff in the trunk. If you slide off the road it may be impossible to get to the trunk. Keep it in the back seat of the vehicle where it's easy to get to.

- Terry, I hope you are only trying to be facitious!! In recent months they are also recommending this vaccine for boys too. If a boy has HPV that he got from someone who got it from someone else, etc. then guess what, he is going to be a candidate for certain cancers also.

- It's interesting how everyone tries to pin high crime on one party or the other, but if you look at the 10 most dangerous cities most of them are primarily Democratic (liberal) while only 2 are considered Republican (conservative).

- We were at Yellowstone a few years back and came upon a "bear jam" where a bunch of cars had stopped to watch a grizzly walking thru the woods about 100 feet from the road. People had their kids outside the cars walking along the roadside watching the bear.
